The public Transport Authority (PTA) mandates all trucks to install weight sensors with GPS tracking devices to monitor all moving trucks in Saudi Arabia.

Remote axle load control and cargo weight calculation are highly demanded features of the GPS tracking systems. Onboard weighing system is designed to control the load on each of the axles of vehicles and to determine the weight of goods carried by a vehicle. The system allows to notify drivers about exceeding the axle load, to show the determined parameters on the display in the driver’s cab and to transfer the values of the loads along the axes and the weight of the cargo to the monitoring system.
